Strict Autumnal Separation

I had a walk (for mushrooms btw) and saw this. The separation between deciduous trees and evergreens was very interesting to look at.
In reality the colors, especially the foliage, were more vivid and radiant. But the photo comes close.

Location was a forest south of my hometown.
Postprocessing includes saturation and sharpness. Hue only as much as to get a result close to reality.
