Mushrooms are Forest Gold

A found during one of my mushroom hunts. Like golden forest flowers.

Edit:
:iconsotogan: pointed out to me that this could be Pholiota Limonella.
After cross-checking it is either Pholiota limonella or Pholiota aurivella (german Goldfellschüppling). The difference is only in spore size.
In any case it is not edible.
